Terms and Conditions
Prices are per week for two people. Additional people will be charged 10 GBP (15 euro) per week.
Rent is payable in GBP or Euros
Start day and length of stay are flexible

As we have an unsecured pool, the apartment may not be suitable for very young children.
Whilst we always try to do maintenance on the pool out of season, it is possible a problem occurs which is out of our control; in this event we are unable to give refunds
We ask for a security deposit of 100 GBP (150 euro). We take this only to cover unreasonable damages or excessive cleaning, and it will be returned in full after your stay assuming the apartment is left in good condition.
This is a non smoking apartment.
