Q. How far is it to the beach?
A. The nearest beach is a small cove at the bottom of the hill, just half a kilometre from the villa. A further half kilometre will take you into Mezquitilla village where there is a larger beach with bars, shops and restaurants

Q. How far is it to shops and restaurants?
A. There are a few shops and restaurants in Mezquitilla, one kilometre away and more in Algarrobo, another half kilometre along

Q.Will I need a car?
A. We recommend hiring a car as it very easy to drive here. There’s not much traffic and parking is easy. Having a car also makes it easy to get up and down the hill. If you are lazy like us you can park at the bottom of the hill and stroll along the coast into the village

Q. Does the villa have air conditioning?
A. No. It is a large villa and the costs of both installing and running air conditioning would be very high, meaning a substantial increase in our rental prices! The villa is designed to stay as cool as possible in the heat and one of the advantages of being on a hill is the lovely sea breeze that wafts in through the windows and patio doors. There are also ceiling fans in all the bedrooms as well as plenty of portable ones for a choice of air flow

A. We live nearby and are on hand to help with any difficulties. We are always happy to help with any queries as we want you to have a fantastic holiday
