Much more than just a rental property, Casa Marina has been furnished to a high standard to make you feel at home with all the comforts you would expect.

The lounge is large, bright and airy. There are patio doors opening onto a side terrace with a sea view and a large window overlooking the pool. There are three comfortable sofas and with the fabulous view as a focal point you just have to put your feet up and relax! The large coffee table is ideal to gather round to play a game.

Open up the patio doors and wander out onto the terraces, sit on the outside sofa, just enjoy the view! You can’t fail to relax.

We supply a selection of games and DVD’s for your enjoyment and some to keep the kids amused. The TV has UK channels, and the study has two computers with internet access. Ideal for teenagers. A Wii will be provided for rentals in 2010.

In one of the sideboards, you will find binoculars, games, and even emergency medical supplies!

The well equipped breakfast kitchen has plenty of storage space and lovely granite surfaces, and also has the necessities such as dishwasher, easy to clean induction hob, electric oven, integral microwave, coffee maker, fridge freezer and a further freezer giving you plenty of space to cater for everyone.

The seat six breakfast table, extends to seat eight. This tends to be under-used as it is possible to dine outside for much of the year! High chairs are available for little ones. Large windows look out onto a sea view and the pool allowing you to keep an eye on the activity, and patio doors lead straight onto the pool terrace.

The five bedrooms, three doubles and two twins, all have comfortable beds and en suite shower rooms. All the bedrooms have ceiling fans as well as free standing ones for a choice of air flow, and the windows are all fitted with roll down mosquito blinds so you can comfortably sleep with them open at night.

All linens are provided as well as towels for use inside the villa. We do ask that you bring your own beach towels, although we can provide these for a small charge if you wish to save space and weight in your suitcase.

As well as the washing machine, the utility area contains cool boxes, ideal for those trips to the beach!
